I ordered an HP laptop from CCC, but changed my mind about the order before it had shipped. I called the company several times, got no answer, but kept trying. Finally, after close to 10 calls, I spoke to someone who refused to give his name but had a thick accent, and was told the order would be cancelled. By the end of the day, I hadn't received any sort of cancellation notice, so I called back. Again, it took several tries to get through, but when I did, I was told I need to email a cancellation request, which I did immediately. It took a few days for them to tell me that the order wasn't cancelled. I then demanded a return label (since I had cancelled before shipping), which they refused to do, but agreed to waive the restocking fee. Once I had shipped it back, I expected a prompt refund, but have not received anything. They ignore my emails and calls, and have tied up $1374, causing me to have to take an emergency loan (with interest) to pay my credit card bills. This companies customer service has been abysmal. Reps have hung up on me, they ignore emails, and in general are extremely rude.



I recommend NEVER doing business with such a dishonest company!!!
