Complaint Review: California Corrective Spinal Care

I have been a patient of Dr. Jonathan's for over three years.  He is a funny, caring and professional chiropractor with an exuberant desire for self improvement.  He strives to ensure that he, his employees, his office and his chiropractic treatment are at their peak in efficiency and care.
While he may incorporate some of the Hubbard business system into his office profile, he uses and scrutinizes other techniques with the same vigor.  As a self-employed business owner myself, I am amazed at the time and effort he puts into finding the best systems for his workplace.  He is smart and the first one to tell it like it is.  Any Scientologist that had his attention for a short while got an earful from Jonathan, as he essentially told them to jump in a lake.
With all that said, I have never worked for him, but imagine that with his drive and stamina, he would be an employer that demands a very high level of commitment and energy to a position in his office.  Not everyone is cut out for this type of environment, hence the negative comments by a few.
