There were cops already at the location for other reasons and the manager Mike was there arguing with the police using profanity and completely ignoring the fact that he had customers in the store. Customer service does not exist in this company do not come looking for it neither.

We rented 3 scooters, for 3 different people, with 3 different payments. We each paid $78.48 total for the rental including the $8 coverage.  There was a  $100 deposit. Its my first time driving one and took me sometime to get used to, but unfortunately I did get into a small accident where I fell off the scooter. The  left side front nose had a 1 inch scratch off
the paint and also the bottom pan. After refilling all scooters on gas, we returned all of them at the right time( we only rented them for 8 hours.)

We waited 30 minutes at the lot to be served, waited over 1 hour for the manager Mike to show up and take 1 picture of the damage. We had asked how much one of the scooters cost and were advised that they are $2000, and we also asked for the repair and the guy working there advised us that we were covered and that it wont be more than $300 since that was the whole coverage if there was any type of damage minor or major it would not have been more than $300. This was a minor damage in my opinion since the scooter was fully functional with minor scratches.

The manager Mike wrote me an estimate repair of $110 for the bottom pan repair, $186 for the front nose repair and $65 for the labor cost which equals to $361 also some bogus $27 charge which was not specified, so total of $388. Mike advised me it was going to cost me $300 for the damage, I paid for the damage with my debit card and I accepted all responsibilities for it. This doesnt seen fair for that amount to be charged since I though  thats what the $8 coverage and the $100 deposit was for.  I will never rent anything from this place again, BE AWARE!!!!
