Complaint Review: California Designs aka www.customhandlebars.com

I ordered a set of custom handle bars for a motorcycle. I emailed them for status on the order 30 days later and received no resonse. I emailed them again in 10 more days - and again no response. No emails bounced and the CC to myself came back.

I called them three times on 10/14/02, once on 10/15/02 and twice on 10/16/02 - the phone rings, no answering machine, no voice mail. I let it ring 15 times on each call.

They cashed my check, the bank paid it 7 days after I mailed it.
