California Highway Patrol CHP Officer M. Herrmann #17782 Badge Number 17782 Chp Employee Number 17782 Serial Number 17782 CHP Officer Lies on a traffic citation West Valley Division - CHP California
On May 2, 2006 At approximately 2:47am, I was traveling westbound on the 134 freeway where it becomes the 101 freeway. This is where the CHP Officer claims to have first seen me. She turned on her lights right away and in less than 1/4 of a mile, I was immediately pulling over the the shoulder. The CHP Officer, (Obviously an Affirmative Action hiree female) spoke through the outside speaker of the public address system of the patrol vehicle for me to continue and exit at the next exit. I exited at the next exit and stoped as requested.
I was approached by the Officer M. Herrmann #17782 and some other female affirmative action hiree who looked like she was a new hire. The Officer asked me: "You got some ID?" and I gave my drivers license. She asked for the registration and proof of insurance. She asked me if I knew why she is stopping me. I am not going to give HER any help on whatever excuse SHE has to pull me over, so I said that I did not know and asked why I am being stopped. She said that I was doing 120mph. I told her that the vehicle's computer limits the car to 100mph and advised her that this claim is impossible.
I demanded proof. she had none. I asked her if she paced me with her vehicle. SHE SAID "NO". Then I asked her if she got me on radar. SHE SAID "NO". she then said that she thinks (THINKS) I was exceeding 100 mph tho and wrote me a ticket for exceeding 100mph. I told her that this is impossible and that I knew I was driving fast but the car wont go more than 100 mph. (I didn't tell her that I have tried many times) She Didn't care about that and she didn't care about the fact that if I was exceeding 100mph, I wouldn't have been able to stop as fast as I did and pull over. She Didnt care.
Officer M. Herrmann, CHP badge anb employee serial number 17782 is a liar. She is one of these cops that lies, cheats and gets people put in jail for things that they did not do. Straight out lying. This female would never been hired 30 years ago because the CHP used to hire only qualified men that can pass the tests to become an Officer. Nowadays, they have lowered the standards and made different requiremenrts just so they can get females that can pass the academy.
The CHP's tactics and training is ridiculous as it is and now, with worthless women being hired just because they are women, is being made even worse by Officers like this who not only shouldn't be there in the first place, but Officers that lie. Lies that ruin people's life forever. If it wasn't for lying worthless Officers like this, there wouldn't be any hatred for CHP Officers that there is as their is today. Let's look at the CHP Officers that have died on duty because of CHP Officers LIES.
Let's go over some examples, shall we?
On December 27, 1985, Officer David D. Irwin (an Israeli Affirmative action hiree) was riding his departmental motorcycle westbound on Manchester Avenue nearing the intersection of Broadway, While not paying attention and having his head completely up his a*s, thinking of p***y or some way that he is going to lie to get someone put in jail later, (like Officer Herrmann does) he mashed the front brakes on the motorcycle, which is what the CHP called "a hard braking sequence",(NICE EXCUSE BUT IT WAS REALLY BECAUSE OF A LACK OF PROPER MOTORCYCLE RIDING TRAINING and SPEEDING)that resulted in him losing control of the motorcycle. Officer Irwin and the motorcycle slid into the intersection where he was struck by a northbound vehicle, (probably someone aiming for him because a CHP Officer like M. Herrmann #17782 lied on a cite about something to get them in trouble)
Officer Irwin sustained extensive injuries and lived out the remaining portion of his life as a paraplegic, Resulting in him being assigned to the duties previously reserved for civialian female employees, but since affirmative action, have become those females became Officers, so there were vacancies. Officer Irwin, after seeing people with less abilities than him being hired as Officers just because they are black, female etc. through affirmative action, shot himself in the head and died on September 18, 2000. He figured that the anniversary of his injuries would be a good day. That way, the dates on the tombstone would match. At the time of the collision, Officer Irwin was a 14-year veteran of the CHP, lying his a*s off on cites to keep the stats up and all of which were served in the South Los Angeles Area office without any contact with worthless female and/or affirmative action hirees.
Now lets talk about our next victim of affirmative action/bad training and hate for the average CHP Officer becaise they are liars.
Officer Sean Nava (An Affirmative action hiree just because he is hispanic) was hit and killed by a driver, aiming for him, hit him on the highway. THE DRIVER WAS PROBABLY LIED ABOUT FROM A CHP OFFICER ON A CITATION)Because of his poor training, he didnt know how wide a f***ing freeway usually is and he was taking measurements in the center divider when the person driving this vehicle,( probably someone whos life was ruined because of the lies of a CHP Officer) traveling approximately 75 mph, (IF THIS ESTIMATE WAS FROM OFFICER HERRMANN, THAT MEANS THE TRUCK WAS ACTUALLY DRIVING AT ABOUT 45mph) struck him, causing fatal injuries. (Another Affirmative action employee who shouldn't have been hired in the first place bites the dust.)
The Lies that the CHP Officers told was that the suspect was actually using the paved center median to pass another vehicle traveling in the fast lane, when his vehicle struck Officer Nava. Officer Nava was 33 years old and an 11-year veteran of the CHP. The driver fled the scene because you dont have to stop when you hit rodents, but he was apprehended a short time later by Carlsbad Police Department, because none of the other worthless Female and/or Affirmative Action Hiree back up Officers were qualified to find a criminal.
That isn't close to the end my friends,
Sergeant Gary Wagers was traveling northbound on State Route 113 near Woodland, and was engaged in an enforcement activity. (To the CHP, that means lying about someones actions and citing them) Because he was driving his police car at 129 *&* mph like its a *&* super car and isnt subject to crashes at speeds that 747 airplaines take off at, his vehicle skidded sharply across two lanes, striking a guardrail. Wagers was killed upon impact. A commuter discovered the crash at approximately 6:00 a.m. because the CHP is so worthless that they had no f***ing idea that one of their SGT.s had been missong for hours. Sergeant Wagers had been a member of the Patrol for 22 years, prior to having to depend on other (probably female and/or affirmative action Officers), probably females who didn't realize where the Sgt was and didn't care)
Another Example
Officer Stephen Linen was on Interstate 5 north of Leucadia Boulevard in the City of Encinitas conducting an enforcement stop. A vehicle, aiming for the Officer, (because of the love for the CHP we all have) hit Linen while traveling at a very high rate of speed, (PROBABLY 45 mph if estimated by Officer Herrmann) and launched him 15-20 feet up onto the embankment, which is the highest he had ever been at the rank of Officer without a pay raise. There was no qualified back up. He was out there working alone. As CHP Officers often do. The driver, a 20-year-old lance corporal stationed at Camp Pendleton, was allegedly returning from a night of drinking in Tijuana. (PROBABLY ANOTHER CHP LIE) He was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Note how he wasn't arrested for promoting the CHP Officer to the Mountain Unit.
Another fine example
On June 3 at approximately 6:59 a.m., Officer John Pedro (Hispanic affirmative action Hiree) was patrolling in the southern end of Santa Cruz County in a specially-marked patrol vehicle, working commercial enforcement. (This means a car painted white, so they can trick people and be less visible to people that need to waive down a police car for help) Officer Pedro had turned in the center median to northbound State Route 1 and was traveling at a yet to be determined speed with his emergency lights activated.
For unknown reasons, he lost control of his vehicle while negotiating the northbound off-ramp to eastbound State Route 129. The car hit a large tree broadside, shearing it off and overturning the car. The impact killed the officer instantly. Preliminary reports indicate Officer Pedro was attempting to overtake and conduct an enforcement action on a vehicle that had exited the off-ramp. (HE WAS PROBABLY GOING TO CITE SOMEONE FOR DOING OVER 100mph ON AN OFF RAMP) At the time of his death, he was 36 years old and had been a CHP officer for 12 years. F
NOW HERE WE GO
Officer Shannon Distel died in the line of duty while patrolling on her motorcycle in Riverside. A pick-up truck pulling a trailer turned in front of Distel's motorcycle. The vehicles collided and Distel was ejected. He landed in a patch of grass 50 yards from the collision. The driver of the other vehicle was subsequently arrested. (I SMELL A RAT HERE. HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU KNOW THAT ARE EJECTED 50 YARDS BECAUSE A TRUCK TURNED IN FRONT OF THEM. OFFICER DISTEL WAS HAULING a*s SPEEDING THATS WHAT HAPPENED... FAST ENOUGH TO THROW THE OFFICER 50 YARDS) MORE CHP LIES
Officer Robert Coulter died when the shotgun in his patrol car accidentially fired. (SHOTGUNS DONT JUST FIRE ON THEIR OWN. POOR TRAINING OR HIS *&*& CAUSED THIS. WHEN IS THE CHP GOING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS *&*&?)Coulter worked in the Trinity River Area and was found in the officer's rear parking lot by off-duty Officer Scott Friar (13878), who had come to pick up his vehicle. Obviously nobody realized that this *&*& had been laying dead in the parking lot.
Officer Dean Beattie was involved in a fatal traffic collision November 19 at approximately 12:55 p.m. while riding his departmental BMW motorcycle northbound on State Route 163. His motorcycle's rear strobe lights were activated as he traveled in the #4 lane. An ambulance suddenly swerved left to avoid a slow-moving bobtail truck and missed the truck because they were driving a proper speed. Beattie took evasive action but was unable to avoid the truck because he was going 120mph, so of course the motorcycle struck the truck near the right rear wheel well. The impact spun the motorcycle, throwing Beattie to the pavement, where he struck his head. He sustained major head injuries, was transported to Shrap Memorial Hosiptal, where he died. He was 46 years old. Another case where they will go 130mph to give a ticket to someone going a revenue generating 75mph.
Officer Thomas J. Steiner was gunned down in front of a Pomona courthouse. Steiner had finished testifying in a series of traffic cases (AND PROBABLY LIED ABOUT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM) and was walking to his car. As he was about to cross the street, a car stopped, the driver got out, leaned over the hood, yelled obscenities at Steiner and fired four shots. The killer then got back into his vehicle and sped away. Steiner was struck twice in the chest and once in the head. He was transported to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center where he died several hours later from the gunshot wound to the head. SERVES THE *&*& RIGHT.
Officer James M. Goodman #11144 (Israeli Affirmative Action Emplopyee) was responding on his motorcycle to the Redlands Department of Motor Vehicles building to investigate a hit and run traffic collision. Upon his arrival, he gave chase behind the suspected hit and run driver when another vehicle pulled out and hit him out of love for the CHP, probably becuase someone like HERRMANN lied on a cite to them.
Officer Goodman was 48 at the time of his death and had been a member of the department for 20 years. HE SHOULD HAVE RELIARED oh excuse me RETIRED.
On November 17, 2005, Officer Andrew Stevens made a traffic stop near the intersection of County Road 96 at Highway 16. During the traffic stop, Officer Stevens was shot and killed. MORE LOVE FOR THE CHP BECUASE OF THEIR LIES.
The CHP is currently seeking a Person of Interest in the death of Officer Manny. GOOD LUCK, *&*&.
Lieutenant Michael E. Walker was struck and killed by a vehicle while at the scene of an earlier accident on state Highway 17 near Santa Cruz. MORE LOVE FOR THE CHP FROM THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE.
Officer Earl Scott made a traffic stop on SR-99 in Ripon, CA. During the traffic stop, Officer Scott was shot and killed. The suspect subsequently fled the scene. I HOPE THE F***ER GETS AWAY. SCOTT PROBABLY LIED HIS a*s OFF IN A CITE TO SOMEONE. THE CHP HAS SO MANY PEOPLE THAT HATE YOU FOR YOUR LIES AND FOR PEOPLE LIKE OFFICER M HERRMANN THAT YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHO TO LOOK FOR OR WHERE TO START BECAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE *&*& HATE YOU.
FOR EVERY CHP OFFICER THAT HAS EVER LIED IN COURT, LIED ON A TRAFFIC CITATION, RUINED SOMEONE'S LIFE BECAUSE OF A LIE, FOR EVERY ONE OF THOSE *&*& TRAFFIC OFFICERS, ID LIKE TO TAKE ONE OF THEM OUT IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE COURTHOUSE AND SHOOT THEM IN THEIR *&*& HEAD.
THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL BE GRIEVING... *&*& 'EM!
MORE EXAMPLES OF LOVE FOR OUR CHP:
Officer Bailey was on an enforcement/LIE stop on the right shoulder of northbound I-15 south of Ranchero Road. While speaking with the violator, an driver AIMED FOR AND struck Officer Bailey. Officer Bailey was transported to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center via helicopter where he succumbed to his injuries at 2346 hours WHERE HE COULD TELL NO MORE LIES.
Officer Bailey had LIED with the California Highway Patrol for 10 years and was assigned to the Rancho Cucamungo office. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, two sons, and parents, ALL WHOM CAN ALSO GO *&*& THEMSELVES.
On August 5, 2006, at 2235 hours, Oakland Area Officer Clearman, 17843, was struck by a hit-and-run driver while investigating a traffic collision. On August 6, 2006, Officer Clearman succumbed to his injuries. Officer Clearman is survived by his wife. ANOTHER PERSONS LOVE FOR THE CHP. THE CHP SHOULD CHANGE ITS NAME TO L-I-E
I blame Officer Herrmann and everyone like her for all of the *&*& that you have just read. CHP Officers are cowards. They LIE on purpose and *&*& up our lives, then hide like cowards by confidentializing their license plates and all sorts of s**t to keep you from knowing where they live because they know that when you lie for a living and *&*& up peoples lives for a living, you better *&*& hide.

It sounds to me like you got a ticket that you dispute. We have a very simple means of resolving this called court.
You racism is completely out of line. People are not affirmative action hires and if you went through the academy you would understand that.
For you to go through incidences of officers deaths/suicides and sound joyous about them is sickening. I view you as no less than a sadist who probably not only deserved the ticket but is one step away from deserving a lot of jail time. Condoning the slaughter of police officers saying SERVES THE *&** RIGHT, is just the tip of the iceberg of what a sick and twisted individual you are.
You are angry because you got a ticket- go through the right channels go to court and stop speeding- you admittedly tried to go over 100 in your car several times. From that alone I can guarantee you were probably speeding. Threatening the lives of individuals because you got a ticket is no way to go. My bet is you'll be in jail within a few years if you didn't just get out of it.
Why are you trying to find out where the officer lives so you can go up to her home and threaten her children you sicko? They don't lie for a living they deal with *heads like you who get a ticket rightfully admittedly because they were speeding and then go off about how they are happy that cops are dying or murdered. Look at your last sentence "you better *&*& hide. "
I can't believe rip off reports would allow you to be published with such a blatant threat to Officer M. Herman's life. What would you do if you found her?
You are a sicko- and belong in jail.

Thank you...your racist, sociopathic tirade against CHP has defamed Ripoff Report.com. Corporations have way too much power & we need a place to state the truth about their practices. You've reduced this site to an angry worthless gossip column. Remember what goes around comes around.
Also, I get up at 0430 5 days a week to go to work. I used to drive 90mph to my job. Getting up 10-15m earlier and driving 70mph has made virtually no negative impact on my life/health etc.......................so get over yourself.

To the Idiot that wrote this screed,
You, sir, are a coward. You are the most vile of person in our society. You are someone with an axe to grind, who absolutely refuses to take responsibility for your own misdeeds. As such, you feel it necessary to attempt a pitiful way out. That of the coward! Blame others. Say vile things about others. Others who have served and given all that they are, or will ever be. You will never know of such things because you are a coward. You will attack a persons humanity to cover your cowardice. You will believe that you are special because of your cowardice. You will never know sacrifice because you are a coward without honor. Something possessed by my brothers and sisters who stand behind a badge. People who know what is right. And would never take the cowards path, like you. I know that I am wasting my time on you, but just the same it, is my time.

I have no problem if a person wants to contest a citation, that is everyones right. In fact, it's one of the very rights those officers gave their lives for. That brings me to the issue I am ashamed about. I am ashamed of this individuals comments about the officers who were killed in the line of duty. Those people did nothing to you. You might as well have made those comments about all of the brave men and women in the armed forces throughout history who have given their lives for your freedom to say such terrible things. You are a selfish and ungrateful person. Your disagreement with one individual has caused you to demean the sacrafice of so many, as well as even their families.
I am ashamed that no one else has commented and stood up for those who can no longer defend themselves.
I am a believer in freedom of speech, but I don't have to like what I hear. I could care less that you got your feelings hurt over a speeding ticket. It's amazing that such a trivial matter could cause anyone to be so uncaring about others.
I have a lot of mean and nasty things I could say about you, but that would only lower me to a level close to yours. I hope that you live a long life and someday learn to respect those who protect it.
The bottom line is, it appears as if a person who has so little respect for anyone but themself, probably WAS exceeding 100 mph. I myself have respect for every human being. You sir, by your comments, are no human being. You deserve everything you get in life.

I must admit that reading this piece of fine writing has given me some long needed entertainment.
I do understand your anger towards one officer of the law. I am not sure if she was right or you were right, but one officer that might have been WRONG would not reflect the 18,000 + current and previous officers of the CHP. Yes there are always some bad apples in every line of work, no matter where you go, and, no matter how rigorous and thorough the law enforcement application process and training is, some always slip through the cracks.
It is what it is, but you do not need to take your anger out on every other cop in California. Ive been pulled over a few times, once for almost no reason at all (I say ALMOST no reason because I think the cop just didn't recognize my car in the neighborhood Im in. Car profiling can be an efficient tool in law enforcement.) Every single time I treated them with respect, and got the same in return.
You have to realize that 97 % of these guys are good guys, the other 3 % are a**holes. Even cops don't like cops who are a**holes. Also consider this. Speedometers are not ALWAYS accurate. Heck, my car says Im going 80 when its really only 75, all because I recently changed my tires. Our family van goes 5 mph slower than what it reads, and my father's truck goes 10 mph faster than what it reads. Just something to think about.

Well, James, an auto with good brakes can require 130 ft to stop from 60 mph. So a human body that has no brakes of any kind can require 50 yards (150 feet) to slide and roll to a stop from a much lower speed.
THe rest of your accounts are equally full of BS.
You clearly have some severe anger issues, and maybe even simple but profound prejudice against minorities and women, and if you do not get effective help for your attitudes and problems, I can see really big trouble in your future. You could even wind up at the business end of a smoking 9. No joking!.

Officer M. Herrmann Failed to Appear in Court to give her lies and other dismal excuses and or information on my citation and why she pulled me over. I have to respect her in the way that she didn't go all the way with her lie, but she made me cough up $895 that the court makes you cough up to fight the case that they dont return to you until they are ready. She didn't have the BALLS to try to feed that $@# to a judge on how that ticket was written. Officer M. Herrmann is a liar and is worthless but she has some guts to not show up in court with her lies and guts is enough.
