I lived in Sacramento and Frank Yan called me and did a refi for my home loan. He was a nice guy, but latter I found out much that he misrepresented the terms of the loan. He promised me that I would look out for my best interest.
We lost out long time home due to this crook. Something should be done with this "salesman" I wonder what he is doing now days.
