On December 1 2010, I placed online order for three grapevines. I was told that the order will ship in January 2011 based on my geographical location.
By late January, the website still shows the order "processing". Since then, I have tried to contact the merchant over 15 times leaving voice mail messages and sending to emails ( via their website).
Here we are in March 2011, and still no one returned my calls or emails. Checking my order online (order # 4415) still shows "processing".
This seems to be a ripoff company that takes your money and never fulfills their obligation nor do they communicate with customer. Next step for me is to contact my credit card company and make sure the word is out about this company. I will be all over the web with this story.

Good news. I finally received the order on 3/14/2011. However, there was still no communication as far as returning my calls or email message whatsoever.
