I placed a bet on www.gohorsebetting.com on Saturday May 5th for the Kentucky Derby. I won and I should be happy, but no. I still don't have my money 2 weeks later.

I went through the whole withdrawal process and provided all the information needed to transfer money to my account. They sent me a confirmation email and said I will have my money transfered in 7-10 business days.

Well, Friday the 18th was the 10th business day. I went to the site which has live chat and inquired about this. I was then told they needed more bank information-a cancelled check or the top of my bank statement sent to them.

Wonder when they were going to request this information?? The first rep I chatted with agrees it is not on the site nor in the email they sent with confirmation details. I had to go to this chat option before I could start the withdrawal process. They were to send me a withdrawal pin and never did.

When I was trying to start this report, I went to the chat option again as the city and state was not on the website. The rep that "helped me" would not disclose this information. He just said that they have companies around the world. I said, fine. What city and state do you receive your paycheck from? Still no information.

Now, they say I have to wait another 72 hours for the funds to be sent. Wonder what else they might need that they are not asking for now? It seems that they just keep putting off my request. They had no problem taking my money right away, but you have to spend weeks trying to get what is owed to you.

I told the rep on the chat "help" option that all this red tape and lack of information needed to get my money doesn't add to their credibility. I got a standard response that had nothing to do with what I typed. Just the same crap about how to submit the information that they were requesting.

I highly recommend you stay far, far away from this company. It doesn't seem legit. At the very least, their "communication" sucks. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company or any of their other possible businesses. The business name listed is what was on my credit card statement. The rep won't release any company info. Investigate online betting before you place your bet.

After -no kidding- 1 1/2 hours on live chat with these people- none of the 3 reps will disclose what company owns the site or were it is based out of. According to the supervisor, gohorsebetting is the company that "holds my account". Holds is right. Have you ever heard of the company not releasing the name of the actual name of the company or even where it is based out of??

ps- I found out the Luxembourg company is the process company. Supposedly gohorsebetting is the company. Whatever.

I have since chatted with another rep and I am now told it will be another 10-15 business days for funds to be transfered. So in all it will take about a month and 1/2 to receive my money from this company, if it even happens this time. Talk about frustration. A supervisor there has just informed me that the processors they use for US transfers pulled out unexpectedly. Wonder why that is????? While they found another company to process transfers the transfer requests piled up. -Not my problem. Then they found a company to handle these transfers and it would take up to 15 business days for them to be able to process my request. Unbelievable. The drama continues.
