In telemarketing contact we were told that we would be given 14 days to review the "benefits package of calling services". This would be sent after paying $3.95 for a processing fee. If we did not cancel in that period $149.95 would be deducted from our account. Two days after we recieved the "package" the $149.95 was deducted. When we realized that the company was not living up to their agreement (that same day, 12/27/2004), we called to cancel.

We complied with all of their requests (returning a refund form, and allowing X number of days processing), but have yet to recieve our refund check. We have spoken to 7 different people since January of this year (2005), all of whom said that they were "flagging" our account for "special attention" with the "upstate office".

It is now mid -April, and we are still getting sunshine blown into our nether regions. I have "suggested" to them that my next step is filing of an FCC complaint, but I doubt this will be successful.
