Calling center: is located in Alexandria city, Egypt
all employed persons are egyptians except one palestenian.

some of them are still collage students .
they were told not to tell their real names to the american customers.they use american nick names.

my nick name was :Steve.
Real name : Mohamed
occupation:customer service (i left that company)

i am well known to some customers because i replied their emails and called them to solve their problems and even reported them for refunds.which made my colleges very ungry of that customer trust in me.
Facts about the calling cards.
there are some hidden charges at each card. 45 cents or some thing.
you will never get a refund for a used card (did not give you the minutes advertised )unless you bother the calling center for a long time.

i am very glad to receive your emails and phone calls to clear that matter about this company ..
