Tried to resolve the issues/ cancel services for over 1 year. Customer Service request response take weeks and cross billing.  Has been escalated!  Receive Activation instructions End Result   charged Activation and Cancellation Fees again.  CW bills credit card disregards cancellations.  Last CW notice included wrong credit card #r, future charges through Telco bill.  2/2010 notified CW I became physically impaired; need to talk with live person.  No accommodation.  Customer care number posted, -888-892-0021.  Message support is only through the website.  Been that way over 1 year!
