We purchased a spa from them in 05, after paying cash we waited the mandated 2 weeks for the delivery. When the spa was installed we discovered it was the wrong one. they told us we would have to keep it as it was already installed, they did refund the 300.00 for the upgrade, but we would rather have the upgrade
