Complaint Review: Calstar Plumbing & Rooter

This is the most corrupted plumbing company is the Los Angeles area BY FAR!!!!
For the last 3 years that this company had come to supposedly fix the water heater broiler in our apartment complex that we have 12 families it keep breaking every 3 to 6 months!! So today, I call the company this morning and the owner Christine could even answer to me why "Supposedly a "brand new" water heater Broiler kept on breaking...
They just do an easy fix and don't even stand behind their labor or parts and equipment!! No guarantees what so ever!!
This company are nothing but a bunch of THIEF!! The should have the contractor License revoke!! The shadiest of all is how they have different owners name.... SHADY!! The technician couldn't even fix the problem because supposed he had to get an ok from the company???? Why would you need an ok when you are the same flipping technician that fixed it the last time!!!
DO Not Call them!!
