Calvary Investments, Calvary Property Investments, FDCPA Violations by Mister Jamber Purchase old debt and duplicates entries on Credit Report Menacing phone calls Ripoff Phoenix Arizona
On February 21, 2005. My wife received a phone call from an individual by the name of Mr. Jamber, who claimed he was from a company called Calvary. The call was collections related in regards to a past due sprint bill from 1998. Mr. Jamber told my wife to get out the check book and take care of it today. My wife requested something in writing from his company and the name of his supervisor. Mr. Jamber stated for what mother ******, you are just stringing this alone. I got your credit report in front of me, and begin reading line by line my credit information to my wife. Mr. Jamber then stated give me the escrow company that you are using, Or I will keep calling back until you pay me. My wife hung up. Mr. Jamber then called back and said that you can hang up all you ******* want I'm still going to call back. 3 more times in a row Mr. Jamber called, and hung up.
If anyone can provide me with the Agent of process for Calvary Investments LLC based in Phoenix, AZ I would appreciate it. I believe it is Gabriel S. Vargo, but I am unable to confirm. If anyone else has experienced a similar action with Mr. Jamber or with Calvary Investment LLC, please contact me A.S.A.P., as I intend to pursue this matter to the fullest extent of the Law. I have also filed a complaint with the Arizona State Banking Department since Calvary Investments LLC, is not a registered collections company with the state of Arizona as far as I can identify.
