Unfair Deceptive reporting and attempt to defaime the charcter of an owner of a business in Fort Lauderale , website , business proctices, and personal smear against the good charcter of a 30 year veretan of industry in south Florida who never actually engaed in any business dealings whatsover.
Mr Simmons was called by our firm as a follow up to a required online form that helps deligneate the owner informtion and desribe the nature of thier specific request for services or products they may need for roof rerstoration or weatherproofing.
Mr Calvin Simmons who reside in Fort Lauderdale Fl, owner of Blue Dog Films, a film producer director took out his frustration with not being able to circumvent our system and bitterly complained on Angie's List about our firms administrative required proceedures while extolling the name and virtue of a local competitor Lyons Roofing who does not offer systems that are at 1/2 the cost of his particular process, which is tactical and typically used to stratically defame through a stalking horse negative press release while promoting and or market a competitors brand or service related comcepts and proceedures.
Mr Simmons said, "He was frustrated that he had to be on the phone and our website. "

We are seeking injunctive relief for this unwaranted salacious defaming post on Angies List perpitrated on my personal name and my entire business enterprises by a very emotionally disturbed deceptfull and frustarted individual.

This is all of the original exchage between our firm and Mr Simmons, however Mr Simmons was not satisfied by telling us he would have purchased a system from us so he decided to defame me personally as well as my businesses required proceedures (auto response email) below. If you look at the age of the roof on the profile page he filled out below it has to be reroofed, according to the state of Florida because Mr Simmons stated it is 52 years old and the law with regard to the insurance coverage specifically in Florida denotes it only provides provisions for windstrom coverage for 50 years, exceeding its useful life, then it has to be replaced.
We certainly would have liked to do business with Mr Simmons and had absolutely no reason to not very accomodating indeed, since this is exactly what we hope to find in our leed genertion program at our main site throofstore.net. We are one of very few companys in our area that can provide the additional roof life certification in which is clearly indicated on our site that would have really helped Mr Simmons in his particular difficult situation, howver the fact is the condesending and cutting off of our explantion and overall brutallity of the communication thrown at us by Mr Simmons forced us to end that conversation and defer him to someone else since it appeared as though the revelation that the company (he stated on his Angies List Smear campaign) Lyons Roofing he had used in the past would not offer him the same option but rather may not have offered any escape or alternative but rather a system twice the expense as what we offer, our nationally trademarked slogan "Dont Re roof weatherproof @1/2 the cost."
This is his actual qoutes of defamatory posted on Angies List after our last communication after properly putting him in his place so now he broke the law and will be meeting us in court.

The problem is, what I wanted to give you feedback on as being somewhat irritating as a consumer has nothing to do with this email, it was with the initial process, but you wouldn't let me speak and instead began talking over me before I even got out a thought... I was leaning towards your system as I'm not sure I trust the lower systems, but I could never reward you for this immature exchange, I'd rather replace the roof.
