Calwest Private Security - Michael Moss ripoff This company does not care for there employees or there customers Pittsburg California
I was a highly professional security officer working with calwest security. I was a supervisor and a driver. I did 150% of my job taking care of clients and other employees. When I was hired with calwest I was told by the owner- Michael Moss that this was a family ordinate company and we care for only our employees. We speek only the truth. I told Mr. Moss all that was going on with the company and he didn't even care for the other employees. When he trained me he didn't even know how to get to any of his sites. When I told him the reason why I was going to quit. He bow-up and tried to find something to yell about at me. Then I gave him my time sheet and he said, "" I am not going to pay you for that last two weeks if you quit this company. This company should not get away from not paying there employees for working. This is not right. If you are looking for a job and you see Calwest Security, Dont work for them. They will not pay you to work for them. they lie. and they dont care for thier employees or thier clients. I wish some one could help me get my paycheak.

1. You Need to go to your Labor Bureau or Work Force Commission or whatever you guys call it CA and tell them what he did to you. You can file with the State and then I suggest you go file with the Wages and Hours and tell them how he cheated you out of your paycheck!
If you have a Pay day Law Enforcement division of your workforce division, also take it to them.
BE VERY CAREFUL OF WHO YOU WORK FOR IN THE FUTURE WHEN YOU WORK WITH A PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY!
Being "family-oriented" could mean the Family like the Mafia or just his family which means his family gets favored and the hell with the peon employees...
I have also seen a security company partner who is also general manager who is SKIMMING his employee's paychecks to finance a straight lifestyle and a gay lifestyle. It takes a lot of money, I guess. His corporate office was told by several persons who are no longer employed there but they ignored the complaintants.
So there are a LOT of reasons that security companies SCAM their employees who are the ones who REALLY put their lives on the line these days and times...

I have over 20 years experience in this business before I had to get out with an UNCOMPENSATED PERMANENTLY DISABLING INCIDENT and WHen I have seen it all, I see a letter like yours.
