Complaint Review: Calypso Cay Resort - AmeriSuite Vacations

I Had an exact phone call and details as had been mention by submitter Jeniffer . I too was skeptical about all of it as well, But hey i also thought maybe i had just gotten lucky as well. When i went to check my email for an invoice, It wasnt there. The web pages are next to usless as it doesnt really allow you to make any inquiry except to book your arrivals and number of persons etc.Phone calls to them got no where, emails are not returned, I started to look for ways of cancelling this as i was also told i could request a refund within 30 days if i was not satisfied.I must be a bit more of target for these scammers because i did actually receive a phone call from bookings to ask if i needed any help in making my travel plans. i asked if i could cancel my supposed holiday and "They" refered me to the booking site and promptly hung up. The booking site makes no reference to refunds or cancellations. I have recieved my statment from the bank and yes there is a debit from Calypso clear as mud on it. I had made inquiries to my bank about locking them out but no success as yet. But any attempts by this Shonky company to access my account again will be met with Dispute.So to all be aware of the scammers, They promise fun and wonder but give you nothing but a hole in your credit card.
