Complaint Review: Calypsocay Resort

A representative from Calypsocay Resort called saying I had won an accommodation package which included 6 days in Orlando Florida (including Universal Studios passes) 3 days at Daytona Beach, Florida and 5 days Bahamas. I was advised this package was valid for 12 months, could be transferred, refunded at any time and was for 4 people. Their reason for the give-away was for word-of-mouth advertising, no strings involved other than a 90 minute tour of their Florida facility. The Customer Service number given was 1800 092 368. I have tried calling this number several times and the number has clearly been disconnected. I have also tried in vain to contact their Customer Service via email and although I receive an automatic response, no response has been given to date from a 'real' person. It appears this company do not want to be contacted because they are fraudulent and are taking advantage of people's good nature and their hip pockets. I hope others will read these reports and hang up when these con artists call and not be duped into believing their con story. No success in refund as yet but still trying! Can't believe I took the bait!!
