Complaint Review: Cam Commerce

I purchased Retail Star through Cam Commerce with the assurance it would be a great system for my retail store and wholesale business. Unfortunately, the system was not a good fit. The sales team will sell you everything and anything - I was told I needed to buy stands for my computer and an accessory kit for everything to work properly (I did not need that). The training team doesn't understand the system and we spent hours on the phone trying to get everything to work to no avail. I have since asked for a refund on the few things I was conned into buying and weren't even taken out of the box when the system was installed, but they will not respond. Overall, this company and the people who run it seem to be a big scam. Stay away from this company all together.
