I received a call at work and on my cell phone from the same number.  Nobody said anything when I identified where I worked at.  And I was at work so I did not answer my cell phone.  They then called my 21 year old son and told him that I had an insurance claim and they needed to get in contact with me right away.  My son called me and gave me the phone number of 1-855-265-6795 ext 310 or 301.  I called the number back but I asked for ext 301.  They asked my name and the guy corrected me as L. Shelly.  I have never been known by this name.  He told me to hold on.  The young lady that came on the phone stated that she needed to verify my last four digits of my social which was correct.  But then she identified me as the same thing L. Shelly.  I asked her where she got that name from?  As I do not know where she got that name from but I have never used that name.  I asked her what this was about.  I was told this is an attempt to collect a debt of $500 on behalf of The Seventh Group, LLC.  She asked me if I remember ever getting a loan with them.  I told her that I do not nor have I ever dealt with The Seventh Group.  I told her that I do not owe anybody any money.  She told me that she will enter it into the system.  This happened on 4/4/2016 about 12:30PM on my lunch hour.  I waited until I returned back to work and went on break to file my reports with the FTC, etc.
