Unfortunately, I must add my similar story to the others posted here. I, too, placed an order for a camera lens on-line on 3/3/02 for $137.20. I received a call from Jim, very nice, pleasant man, and was told I needed a different lens for my camera, as the one I ordered was not for an auto focus camera. I agreed and my credit card was subsequently charged $169.78 on 3/7/02. I was told the lens would ship the next day.

After two weeks, I called the company (long distance) to ask about delivery. I was told the lens was not in stock but would ship in a few days. I called on several other occassions to check on delivery, each time told it would be sent.

I requested a refund on 4/5/02 and was told it would be processed. I called again on 4/15 and 4/19. Each time I spoke with a Mr. Jim Tomas. He was exceedingly rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. It is clear I will not be getting the refund any time soon.

PLEASE BE WARNED!! This is not a company you want to do business with.
