On November 15, 2001 I ordered rather expensive binoculars from Cambridge Camera. Delivery was promised before Christmas. Payment was by VISA, and billing appeared immediately. Many phone calls and promises produced no action, and seeming indifference. The order was not invoiced until 17 Dec. Now, over two months have gone by, and no binoculars.
