They refuse to credit my account for the amount I paid. I called to cancel less than 3 hours after I gave my debit card number to someone named Mandy. The receptionist took my message and Craig Burns, the Director of Finance, called me back on the same day.

Craig told me that he can only give me a partial refund of the $818.95 I was charged. He said that he can refund $269.95, leaving me to pay a "reduced price" of $549.00. He told me that he is being reasonable and I am not being reasonable. I asked to speak to Robert Sullivan, the Executive Director of Finance.

Craig then put me on hold and transferred me to Kevin Smith, his supervisor and the Senior Director of Finance. Kevin also said that I can only have a partial l refund, but he said that he would credit $440.95, leaving me to pay $378.00.

I told Kevin, as I told Craig, that I want a full refund of the $818.95. Kevin told me that he'll pull my conversation with Mandy, review it with the compliance department, and call me back. At this point I am waiting for Kevin to return my call.

I checked my balance and they actually gave me a full refund. I called my bank and asked for a new debit card with a new number. I'm sure that mine has been compromised, and I don't want any mystery charges in the future.

I sent a fax and left voice mail messages for Robert and Kevin indicating that I am unwilling to negotiate, I am willing to pursue legal action, and I have reported them to my bank.

Craig called me 2 hours after he and Kevin said that they will not give me a full refund. His tone had completely changed from his condescending tone in our previous conversation. He said that he spoke to his boss's boss, they only want happy customers and it doesn't seem like I'll be a happy customer. He said that they will give me a full refund, but they have not done so yet. They are quick to charge you and slow to refund you.

I sent a fax to Robert today indicating that Craig called me and said that they will give me a full refund. In my fax I stated that I expect my account to be credited today. I also left voice mail messages for Robert and Kevin.

No matter who I call - Craig, Kevin, Robert, or Mandy - their voice mail comes on every time.
