I know the truth about these liars because I was not sold a membership but I was part of their "Customer Service" end.

These scam artists which are a few spoiled brat Long Island rich boys who run around in fancy sports cars & play gold all day long and basically run one of the biggest sales scams ever. They have these HUGE offices on Long Island and all they do is have their poorly trained managemnt team train even stupider idiots to lie to inoccent people on a daily basis. Every 2 weeks they hire another group of idiots to learn how to lie.

They tell people that they are SELECTED by Research & Development Teams or that potential members are nominated by existing members-- which is a straight out lie! They buy lists. Yes current members are able to nominate a person but that rarely occurs.

They train poor people to read off of terrible scripts & when they call Executives & Professionals and inform them that they have been SELECTED for inclusion into the Cambridge Who's Who Registry.

I even got a call from a janitor wanting to know how he was selected??/ A registry made up of Executives, Professionals & Janitors-- some how that doean;t flow very well.

They state that membership is FREE-- B.S.-- A basic listing is free after a nominee has been interviewed by an Account Representative. Upon inclusion (which by the way EVERYONE is accepted) they are offered various membership options-- "No" they are placed into an impulse buy situation and if the person is smart enough they will say no and low & behold the prices & offers get cheaper!

Cambridge has 3 types of registries, online, CD Rom & a Hard Civer Publication. They claim to have over 200,000 suckers, I mean current members.

Their Hard Cover publication has been delayed over & over again because the owners don't pay their bills. Members call every single day and ask for their money back since they have not received what they were promised.

They keep changing their publication dates due to the merge of two companies is what they tell people, that's not the truth. They didn;t pay the publishing company to print the books.

Since day one, one dept. has been eleminated without any warning and a second dept. is in the process of elemination as well due to the fact that they are out sourcing the work to India-- yes, that's right another country just to save mony & line the owners pockets just a little more.

There are no networking benefits. This is a scam.

They treat their employees as if it were a prison. You have to "hand scan" in & out even just to go to the bathroom.

Their sales manager is married to one of the sales people yet they frown upon sales people dating one another.

Jen Gonzales won't ever return your phone call even if all the letters that go out say that they are from her so don't bother trying to get her on the telephone.

The owner never looks at you or says "hello". He walks right past you unless you are one of his top sales people. He is rude and acts as if he is above all of his empliyees.

As an employee they do not allow Management to mingle with the "common folk" for it is frowned upon.

Over-time is EXPECTED and they are not happy when they want you to work over time but are not able to do so.

If they get you & you do become a member good luck speaking to a live person. Even better luck getting your hard cover copy of the book, which by the way is sold at about $200.00! for a book? Hello?

My suggestion is if they contact you ask a million questions. Do Not give them your credit card # and if you don't get what you paid for after a reasonable time frame call and ask for the billing dept. and threaten to contact the BBB and demand a refund-- you'll get it!

They hire people ans then let them go because they can't afford them? Maybe they should hire accounts to help that manage their books and set up a budget! Hey-- that's a good idea.

They lure employees in by offering great benefits, 401K & free membership to a great gym located in the same building AFTER 90 days of employment, well of course they can make such an appealing offer-- but guess what? most people don't last 3 months! Especially sales, if you aren't cutting it & making them $$$ you are outta there.

They offer their members FREE airline vouchers which really aren't FREE. You have to stay at participating hotels & resorts and they have long minimum stays. People FLIP OUT when they learn the truth, so sad.

They offer FREE Kravit gift cards. they are simply DISCOUNT cards to a Jewelry store and you hve to spend $300.00 before you can use your gift card. The jewelry available is cheap, ugly & over priced! Go to cambridgejewelry and see for yourself, it's hideous stuff.

A real Who's Who doesn't charge you a fee so say NO TO CAMBRIDGE and get a real life!

Idiots that can't read or remove a fax number

#2Consumer Comment

Fri, August 24, 2007

I have been receiving faxes from these people monthly. And everytime I call the fax removal number to have my fax number removed. I called last month and spoke to one of the idiots answering the phone and told her to remove my fax number or if I receive another fax I would take action against them. I guess the idiot didn't understand english even though she spoke it, because today I received another fax from them.

I have saved all of my unwanted faxes, so I have the proof I need to take action. I don't know how to do this, but I will find out. I have heard that you can take some kind of action and get money. Gonna work on that.
