Complaint Review: Cambridgebrighton Budget Planning Corp.

I've been dealing with cambridge brighton for years now and every payment i've made has gone to my creditors recently i haven't gotten a statement in the mail. i have tried to contact them on several occasion and get no answer or the phone is busy. what should i do now. i have a payment due on the 18th. of jan, but also i want to know how far along i am with paying off my cards. one of my cards was over paid were my staement has a credit of 115.00 my last payment in dec. did get sent out by using the web site addresse and my bills were paid. should i still make payments or make other arrangements. thank-you for your time looking forward from hearing from you.
