Two months after purchasing a new battery ,the battery found to be dry completely from acid,and the company stated that the fault is overcharging.When checking the alternator it was given correct reading.

My answer through my electrician was if so, it would have burned all the bulbs and it would have taken some charge and time to empty the whole amount of acid.
In this case,he said,the warranty does not cover.

His offer was a good price for another battery which I refused.His second offer was to drill holes (since this is a sealed battery) and fill it with acid.

After I left,I had to drill and fill it up,because I did not want to buy another battery after just two months.That's what I call value for money!

The report posted by Lizio is totally unfounded and incorrect. As he claimed, his car's alternator was malfunctioning. This in turn damaged the battery beyond repair. Since the battery was damaged by the client, the company cannot accept responsibility of the fault. This is clearly outlined in the certificate of guarantee which was given to Lizio upon the purchase of the said battery.
