Andrew called for me from Camco today and left me a message. This is the second time I've ever heard from him or Camco. I called him within a few minutes of his message. I asked him for an address so that I could send him something (a Cease and Desist letter, but I didn't tell him that). He gave me the address, but only the first two numbers of the zip code before he began to talk quite sternly to me over the phone. I kept asking politely for the zip code, while he got louder and louder, stating that I owed money for a Montgomery Wards bill.

He stated that since I had sent payment from First Interstate within the last thirty days, that this negated or cancelled any and all Statues of Limitations. He went on and on while I simply and politely asked him for the zip code. Andrew was near-hysterical and clearly extremely trouble in the way he attempted to overwhelm me over the telephone lines. Finally, I told him that if he ever called me again, that I would call the police. I have an unpaid bill with Montgomery Wards from many years ago; First Interstate Bank stopped doing business many, many years ago.

Thank you for having this web site. After reading a dozen or so of the compaints that others have left, I went to the Federal Trad Commission's web site (FTC) and filed a complaint against Camco.

Here's the web address for the FTC for you as a consumer:

Once you go to this web site, click on "File a Complaint" and follow the instructions to easily and successfully file your very own complaint.
