CAMCO Capital Acquisitions And Management Company ripoff mistreated and ripped off corruption Rockford Illinois
Thi company sent me a letter stating that I owed them a debt of $8383.44. To which I responded with a letter stating that the debt was not mine, and that I had never had any dealings with them or the other named company(jayhawk).
The company called me after a few weeks later. They were told by me again that the debt was ot mine, the lady on the phone then became rude and abusive with me. I told her not to call my home anymore, she stated she would continue calling untill I decided to be a man and pay my bills. After I hung up she called a few minutes later and asked for me again, when I stated that I was him she hung up on me. Something should be done about this company, How can they be stopped?

Right now Camco is being investigated by the FTC so make sure you go to ftc.gov and make your complaint.

Camco is trying to swindle the ftc into thinking they will 'try harder' to comply with the law. I think not. I just got an email last night from someone who was called by a Calvin. Calvin threatened to ruin this persons create report and constantly used abusive language. IF the ftc gets complaints after Camco promised to be good they will take them down.
Last week the FTC has a closed door meeting to discuss camco and it appears once again some federal agent is protecting this scam company.
Well Camco since I know you are reading this think again. Mario, jeff, and all the other buffoons that work there will get theirs soon enough. Enjoy prison.

I too was sent a letter from these extortionists wanting money for a debt that was not mine. Complain immediately to the North Carolina Attorney General's Office. I know that as well as my complaint to them, there are a few others. The more they get, maybe they will take notice. But don't stop there. Also complain to the Illinois Attorney General's office, the BBB, US Postal Inspector's Office. In NC, extortion is a felony, and that is what they are doing. Copy and paste this to your address bar and follow the directions. But don't let them get away with terrorizing you.
