I recevie a letter for CAMCO on June 15, 2004 which the letter was dated June 9, 2004.

I call CAMCO to see what this issue was about a account that I had in 1988. I ask to speak with a Carol Duffy (collection manager). Thed gentlemen connect the call.

Ms. Duffy answer I gave her the account number she told me that I owed 1,358.81 on a account that was 15 years old. When I went to ask her a question about the account she started yelling at me and demanding tha I pay this account or else! she continue to threaten me and said I refuse to pay then she hung up the phone.

I call right back a Brad Simon (senoir auditor) answered I ask could I speak with Ms. Duffy manager He stated that he was Ms. Duffy Manager I told him that she was screaming, yelling, threating me had just hung up on me. He apolgize then ask if he could help.

He inform about my account offered to do check by phone I refused then he stated that this offer would be voided. I told him that the letter stated that I could send a check then he said NO! Then he started screaming and yelling telling that I need to STEP UP TO THE PLATE!!! I ask when did their company aquire this account he said in 12/03 then I ask why did it take you so long to send me a letter. Then that's when he started using abuseive langage and I'll put on your account that you refuse to pay thenI could Here Ms. Carol Duffy in the back ground asking him do she live in Cook County. I inform he that I did'nt like him screaming and yelling at me and that their also people here at my home that could here how he was talking with me then he hunp the phone.

I don't feel that i was trying to avoid anything because I call CAMCO. I think no one has to be treated in that manner
