Complaint Review: Camco Capital Acquisitions

this company capital acquisitions have contacted me about a credit card debit they said i owe from 20 years ago. i told him i do not remember any thing about this, and told him to call me back.

well, he called back monday i was ready for i had called attorney general offices in 2 states,a credit bureau,bbb,and a local attorney.

he wanted to know if i was ready to pay my credit card bill of 2041.00, BUT THEY WOULD STELLE for 400.00,or make him an offer.

i told him to hold on for a second, he wanted to know what i was doing. i told him that this phone call was being recorded[and i was recording.]

his personility changed he said do not record this phone call, and i told him i have that right as long as i informed you.

he still tried to collect but watched words very carefully,and i tried to get him to say he was going to sue or report to credit bureau, he got mad and hung up. we need to get a good attorney for a class action suit agaist this people. if someone knows anything about this please rip off know.
