not only was camco shut down, but the ftc froze the -funky- companys assets in a move to prevent them from transferring funds possibly out of the country.
in other news reports, the FTC will issue a statement sometime today 12/8.
a reciever was appointed and a number was given out, 1-312-832-5790, for people to call to tell their camco tales. however, i've not been able to confirm that number yet.
that number was listed on wifr.com in a camco story the station posted this morning. 2 chicago tv stations are following the camco story. hopefully we can spread the news to other parts of the state too.
