CAMCO is a huge scam, don't pay them a penny! Rockford Illinois
I got a call last night from CAMCO, stating that I owed $5,800 from Commercial Credit from 13 years ago. They said that it was from a car loan, I have never had a credit account from Commercial Credit and I always pay my bills on time.
They repeatly threatened me by using foul language, forclosure of my home, garnishment of my wages,contacting my employer and ruining my credit. When I asked what the account number and the creditor information was they wouldn't tell me. They were suppose to fax me information today, but never received the fax. They had my checking account information, employment information and credit information which scares me. I am getting an attorney because it looks like others have sued them and won. If they contact you do not pay them a penny.
