Camco (Pete Smith) ripoff, wanted over $4,000 from 1985, no account number, I know nothing about this rip-off fraud business Rockford Illinois
it took some time to figure out the persons name. he keeps calling from camco to collect over $4,000 dollars or settle on a chase account i know nothing about. they say it is from 1985.
no account number but tells me they have my social number. has had a woman call saying they will accept my offer of $500 dollars pay off. i have not offered to pay anything and will not.
i told them it was past the statue of limitations anyway. they say they can call me ever day, sue, garnish my wages and etc. I have no knowledge of this alleged debt.

so that these guys can't call you. It's probably a scam. Since they have your SS# you might want to order a copy of your credit report to make sure no fraudulent activity is going on.
Also ask to see a copy of this bill. Then turn it over to the Attorney General's office.
