I was contacted by a Mr. Anthony Corrado representing CAMCO, he stated that he was calling to collect $2105.59 from a credit card I had in 1986. I told him the account had been paid off several years ago, but he insisted it had not and demanded payment or he could make this matter go away with some discount payoff.

I did not take his offer and demanded he send me a letter regarding this matter and to stop calling me. He did send a letter, but continued to call and harrass me on the phone. I have also have checked through all my records and I did find proof of pay-off on this debt, but I did not respond to the letter which demanded I notify them within 30 days or they will proceed with a judgment against me.

They contain alot of information. Camco cannot and will not sue you on a time barred debt. You do not lose your rights in 30 days. They just want to make it appear that way. They cannot ruin your credit. Scroll down and find my post from akron, oh. It contains alot of helpful info. You may also contact me for personal free help. I need no personal info.
