CAMCO Ripoff Please file your complaints against CAMCO with: www.firstgov.gov Rockford Illinois
I had written an earlier report about CAMCO and I wanted to give some new information. I was able to locate: www.firstgov.gov.
This is "The U.S. Governments Official Web Portal".
Basically go to the section of Consumer Help - under that heading is a link to Scams & Fraud. Click the link and it will take you to a page with a listing on the left hand side that has a link to File a Complaint. Take that link to another that will give you links to all sorts of Scams and Fraud. Scroll to the "C" and click on Companies (including finances, Mortgages, credit cards, & credit bureau) --- click on file a report and fill out the form.
It was easy to fill out. I just received an email back from Complaint @FTC.GOV. It gave me great information. Also there was an enclosure about my filing it gave me a reference number and almost a 2 page information sheet on the exact laws and what actions could be taken against CAMCO.
If every person that has a problem with CAMCO filed a report with this government site someone would have to take notice.
