I don't usually get my credit reports every month but I did about about a month and a half ago and saw that they both pulled hard inquiries on my credit report within days of each other. Recently I have been getting letters about some so called debts that are not valid; sent the both C&D letters filed complaints with the FTC, my AG, Their respective AG's,the FBI and the banking commissioner; I forwarded all copies of the material to them!

I am so mad because this is done out of pretext. I am going to sue their collective a****, because I did not give them permission to obtain my reports. I had to get a fraud alert placed on my credit reports and I suggest that anyone who has been bothered by these buyers of old and bogus debts do the same. Write the CRA's and post a letter in your file about their inquiry and get it removed.

Check your state law and see if they are required to post a bond give financial affidavits and file a fee and if they are make copies and turn everything over to the appropriate state agency etc. I am pissed, I did not tell them to sit on their laurels and buy dead bogus to extort money from people. They exchange these so called debts back and forth to each other. Write your congressmen about this and keep bugging their atty. generals. You can send letters without leaving your homes by going to www.usps.com and submit a letter from your word proccesor for postage and mailing to these contacts.

Someone might steal your identity in these places and run up bogus charges on you; be proactive with these BOTTOMFEEDERS!!!

Careful,

It's legal for ANY collection agency to persue
voluntary payment of a time barred or SOL debt.

This includes pulling hard inquirys.

UNLESS it is done for the sole purpose of causing
intentional damage to an individuals CR.

If, through the process of validation and or
verification the debt is dismissed, the inquiry
may be removed by the CA or disputed by the
consumer.

The 'hard inquiries' are a clear violation of the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and can get you awarded $1000 for EACH violation plus legal fees in court. Go after them.....it's easy money.
