 I have had numerous exchanges with Vivian. She is particularly rode and unhelpful. I had a problem with an order where some items were not sent. I contacted her to ask about it. She told me they weigh everything and occording to her records the order was complete. I responded telling her it was not complete via an email. She never got back to me. Refused calls, emails, and hung up on their chat line. I had been a loyal customer, ordering regularly over many years. Everything would be OK as long as you didn't have a problem; then you got a cold shoulder. I teach at a college. Our requirements to be a vendor changed and we now require a W-9.

Vivian freaked, became very defense and said her accountant told her she didn't have to give anyone a W-9. This was just for our files. I tried to explain, she wasn't having it. Once again, refusing calls, hanging up, not chatting. I must say I deal with many vendors and no one behaves like her. I do not encourage anyone to order from them. They show a low price but then get you on the shipping. Most other companies are a better price when you add everything together and the fact you will not get good service or a respectful treatment adds insult to injury!
