Complaint Review: Camden Services

Camden Services This happen two years ago. I still have some paperwork. Let's just say this started in September 2014 and by April 2015 the last payment and $2,000.00 later. I got nothing. I had been calling like most people and they let you talk with different people.  They promise to help you with your credit so you can buy a home through them. Dallas, TX Nationwide

This was the last email I received from the company. I had saved every email. When I told Donna to stop playing games with me and send me my money, she decided to turn me to an account manager. They are suppose to help you with your credit and get you a home loan all within six months or until you finish paying the $2000.00. They give you the run around in the process. I told Donna at the time that me and my family were homeless, staying with relatives and I really needed the help. This is still the case and I need my money back. I read in the postive side of this company, they have the employees to write out the good side of them, so you don't know what to think.

Good Morning Sean

I see that you have not response to my email. I really did not think that your company would do this to me. When I first started out with this company, I trusted you all. Thought I was in good hands. Would you like it if this was done to you? Or one of your family members? So I am asking again about my refund. I would like to know if your company is going to send it to me or not? Thank you for your time.

Hello Sean

I really don’t see what the big concern is about. All I want is my refund. Is it possible that you are going to tell me over the phone that I can’t have it back? if that is the case, then I would rather that you tell me that in an email. I am not blaming you or Donna, she has been great, but I have not received no service from your company since I gave my $2000.00 which until this day, don’t know what that was for. It has been over a year now, and I am no closer in getting into a home then I was a year ago with your company. I hate to be string along and I feel that here. All I am asking is for my full refund and you will never have to worry about me again. Thank you for your time.

Good afternoon Sheila,

Donna forwarded me your email in regards to a refund. I understand that you do not want to speak with anyone over the phone but unfortunately a matter like this cannot be done solely through email. I would be happy to address your concerns and discuss solutions with you so please contact me at your earliest convenience.

Thank you,
