I would like the product I paid for.
First, I inquired to see if cameleonsoftware script will work for my niche industry, they said " YES". I purchased cameleonsocial software. Softare co. charged my credit card for the full amount. Here are the issues: Logo was not built according to agreed specs. I asked why and cameleon just closed my portal. No access to my account. I never heard back from them since. Despite, my numerous attempts to discuss/fix the situation outside of legal. Meanwhile, I am out an aditional $9237.00 in advertising money. Because I paid an adverttising company to set up an ad campaign specific to cameleon script.
My next steps in order: File complaints with: BBB, State department that regulates dating industry, City License division, Police report, Then take them to small claims court to collect $9237.00 + additional charges (under $10,000.00)
My preferred option: Issue product that I paid you for.
