Went on-line to find the best price for a HDTV. They were $200 less then the competition but when you call to order the guy on the phone tells you need more things and even says you can return if you are not satisfied.
Then the deal becomes a package and you find out that the items included are not priced and you are not able to break up the package and of course the whole package is not returnable and if it was there are extreme charges.
Also, you don't receive an invoice or even all the items without numerous phone calls that have a lengthly hold time as well. Probably because everyone is calling.
