Complaint Review: Camera and Parts

Camera and Parts I sent my Canon G9 into get repaired in May 2014, no G9 at my door yet El Paso Texas

This email is to confirm the receipt of your recent order from CamerasAndParts.com.


*** SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETE SERVICE / REPAIR PACKAGES ***

If your order was for a Complete Service / Repair Package, the instructions for sending the camera in are as follows:

First, remove the battery and all accessories from the camera... We only need thecamera, nothing else.

Next, carefully package up the camera and place it in a sturdy box for shipping.  Included in the box should be the Full Name, Address and Phone Number that the order was placed with OR a copy of this email.

Next, on the outside of the box, please write the complete Order Number as shown in the Subject Line of this email.  The Order Number begins with "yhst" followed by a long number... that complete number should be on the package.

Finally, send it with Tracking / Delivery Confirmation to the following address:

That's it... Leave everything else to us!

 

That is what I was sent, I did UPS my Canon G9 to Camera and Parts, one call from them, one email. Then nothing.

 

I have complained on the El Paso BBB and tried to call and email Camera and Parts, no one answers and no one emails me back.

 

This is now August and I am leaning towards that they have stolen my camera.
