Camera City - Ronnie Shy ripoff, dishonest misreprentation of camera purchased, try to sell int'l model under U.S. model Brooklyn New York
I purchased a Sony DCRVX2100 Video Camera on-line. I then received a phone call asking which bag I wanted, but then was told I had to pay $250.00 more dollars.
The salesman then threw in that it was an international model, which means it would be in Japanese. He told me I could by the American model for $1,000.00 more.
I went back to the website and nowhere in the description and picture page did it mention it was an international model.
I called the manager Ronny Shy and he told me basically too bad. In the fine print under company policies it says that they could use international pieces.
They are a bunch of frauds and should be closed down. They are a disgrace and should be out of business.
