Last August 2006 I bought 3 Think Pads from Camera Express On Interational Drive. They cost me $1437.75
They were Xmas presents for my Grandchildren.

When I got home to the UK 1 of them had a dud battery so I phoned IBM UK, and they told me that these Think Pads had been obsoleit for at least 10 years!

I asked them if I could still get programs to load on to them and they said you won't even get a battery let alone a program.

I had to pay an Attorney $300-00 to act for me and to get my money back,

Although these Lap tops were useless and would never work, Camera Express insited on me sending them back before they reimbersed my money, it cost me 70.90 ($140.00) to return them through the post, I then had to pay $100.00 for them to be delivered to the shop so I had a signature that they had been received.
The first cheque I received bounced! What a surprise!

I did eventualy get a cheque that was OK.
In one of the letters to my Attorney 'Igal Haddad' said
"A Credit Card will not except Defective Goods"
What Cloud is he on? Or does he think every body else is stupid?

The morale to this story is WHO is going to be the next unlucky person on Holiday that buys them, my attorney wrote and told them that they were obsoleit and could not be resold, but they insisted that I returned them.
It Cost me $540.00 to get my money back which 'Igul Haddad' Would not reimburse.
