My plight started pror to July 4 2009. Credit wasnt so much a problem as the tax man. But thats another story and not revelant to my story. On July 4th of 2009 i went to Carman Okolita Regina to file for bankruptcy. They offered alternitives but with my health at that time none of them would be possible. For what ever reason they screwed up the dates in the papers that they filled so after i was starting to be harrased by creditors they told me we would have to refile. They sent in the new papers that ended up with the wrong name so now it is December when everything finally got done. They wanted to have ameating in which we did where they give me guidelines on what we could make as a familly and seems how it was just me and not the wife it was impossible to do. So I left the familly unit and tried to live on what they said. Most of my problems came from a failing business. After that I did their monthly reports and went to required meetings. Everything seemed normal for the next 2 years when they said creditors wanted to continue for another year. Wasn't long after this things seemed to be unglued. They sent me a letter saying I earned too much and that i would have to pay that to the estate but in the meantime they would need another 1000 $ and make payments to the estate. I sent them their 1000 $ plus another 2000 $ towards the estate. They decided to leave me rather than continueing to represet me with no further notice. The next thing I knew creitors were starting to send letters. So here I am really without a job in poor heath and seemingly thrown to the wolves. Can't afford a lawyer and legal aid doesn't do civil in this province. Not sure at this point whether there seems to be a reason to even try anymore
