Beware! These people are frauds. The poor kids! They rented my beautiful remodeled home in Canyon Lake. References were a bit weary, but I gave them a brake and rented to them. They seemed so nice. Late on rent and then didn't pay at all. Wrote a bad check too. NSF. Left the home a disaster. I had to hire a hauling company to haul away two truckload of their crap. Literally left dirty clothes, furniture, kids bikes, toys, trash, and so many more misc. items. The house was filthy. I had all new appliances and they literally trashed them.
I went through court system to evict them and have a judgment against them. Hopefully other landlords will not fall for their cash and lies.
