We purchased a new 2016 Jayco Precept from Camping World Longmont. The air conditioner did not work so we took it back to CW to learn that it was improperly wired. The first weekend out the generator stopped working, the bedroom valance fell off, exterior molding came loose and it appears that the inventor cannot pull the load. We sent it back to CW where it has sat for weeks. CW claims that they are waiting for warranty authorization from Jayco. Jayco claims that they have not heard from C W.

We we went by C W to find the RV unlocked. CW has customers sign that they acknowledge they are not responsible for theft or damage.

We missed camping with family over July 4th and have cancelled and/or rescheduled other prepaid trips. Next week we are scheduled to take 8 people to camp in PA. Fees are non-refundable but our RV has been taken apart at CW. They don't have a timeline for getting it back to us. Post sale, they simply do not care.

We received a coupon book for payment on an RV that we cannot use.

Never purchase a Jayco product if you are locked into using Camping World for warranty work.

There are numerous RV warranty complaints. I would love to see a class action lawsuit against the various manufacturers. RVs are not protected under the lemon law and these are definitely lemons.

Camping World is owned by Marcus Lemonis. He is in no position to give advice to other companies.
