We ordered a part for our class a motor home from their site. Site stated it was in stock and ready to ship.  We waited 2 weeks and still no part. We called them and were told it was on back order. As we needed item yesterday and had already been without for 2 weeks, and were never told there was a problem, we were upset and told them to cancel order. We ordered off Amazon and had it a week later.  4 months later, I get a low balance alert on my debit card. They took the 148.95 out of our checking account. I scrambled to cover a 40.00 check I had pending on my account and called camping world. They claimed they knew nothing about it and couldn't see it on their end. A day later we get a call and are told there was a glitch in their system and we would get the money back in 3-5 business days.  We got a refund... 2 to be exact but they only totalled 148.94 when put together. So I guess, my heart attack and hours on the phone and in the bank gave them reason to keep my cent.

Let me get my 2 cents in, steer clear of this company.  No one apologised or even seemed to care about what they put us through. They were rather rude to us about the whole thing from beginning to end.
