camy express I paid camyexpress ship my new bag to China, someone in company use my bag and refuse reimbursement scarborough Ontario

 I paid camy express for shiipping my new Michaek kors bag to China without insurance.,Before I receive bag I got comfirm answer from customer representive I would receive compensation if bag is damaged. My client in China have waited for 2 monthes( usually only 2 weeks to 3weeks) to receive bag form Camy express .During these 2 monthes ,I rushed company to shping my bag on time many times,unfortunately they forgot to ship my bag.

its ridiculous that my client got old bag and take pic evidence right away ask for compensation,but no rely. The company lied to me Chinese custom did it, and after investigation,custom didnt touch my bag. After search online ,a lots complaint came out ,this company is scam, it always stealing our stuff without insurance, and using " you dont buy insurance so we cant compensate anything "this excuse to refuse to compensate.  

 Due to language barrier and this company focus on chinese market, no one complaint offically. Please investigate this company. i can provide evidence in Chieses if you need,When you type 加美快递 in google , tons of complaints come out,thanks
