Complaint Review: Can I VLLC d/b/a Dandy Cash

Can I V,LLC d/b/a Dandy Cash Pay day loan took all personal info and bank checking info. Was supposed to be approved for $400 on 3/18 30 days April 19th suppose to deduct $520 to pay off loan. They said an agent call me within an Internet

False Pay Day Loan Company
I printed out contract, no phone number.
Phone number I got on line was disconnected
Representative did not call back within the hour or next day
I have not received $400,
They have all my personal info and banking info.
I will proceed legal action if they deduct a penny from my account

I filled out app & all that today, feel really stupid, I will be checking out these places before using them again. Did they ever take any money out of your account ?
