I bought an entire computer in parts, put it together properly (I know my way around a computer) and sure enough the computer did not POST (the initial boot stage).

So I proceeded to take the computer tediously apart and brought them in to be tested, I was assured only the motherboard was faulty, and I would have to wait as the returned it to the supposed main office and replaced it from the manufacture, which I am very doubtful of.

After getting back a "new" motherboard and it having the EXACT SAME problem, the next time I send the product back I sent it with a slight marking on it to ensure they weren't sending the same product while making no repairs or exchange (as far as I know repairing a motherboard that's damaged is not worthwhile compared to replacing it)

Sure enough, the next motherboard to come back is the same marked board as before still not working. I won't be satisfied until this is investigated and I am in this to warn people and not to get some large settlement.

Disgusting "business" practice trying to pawn off customers who want their money back after purchasing most likely second hand or possibly even junked goods.

On top of all this, the employees tend to fake misunderstanding when confronting the companies shady dealings.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

You need to back off this one buddy because there's nothing in your story that indicates they are at fault. When they send something to the manufacturer for you that is all they are doing. If the manufacturer isn't replacing it then it could be that the motherboard is fine and that you don't know what you're doing (90% of my customers don't know what they are doing even if they think they do). Deal with the manufacturer directly because they are the ones not replacing your board. Canada Computers is just being nice and shipping it for you free of charge. They could just sell everything final sale no warranty you know and not lift a finger. Be appreciative they are helping you at all.
